Sire. Gibside Danny Boy 6458

SOLD - to a lovely family in Scotland, UK.
Globetrotter Quicksilver, Bracklinn Red Lady, and Desvignes Rosy are in foal to Teviot for 2009.
‘Teviot’ was imported into France by a French gentleman in 1988 as a yearling from the Dene Fell Pony Stud, UK. He got his stallion license as a 2yr old and served as the Stallion at the Najac Fell Pony Stud for many years. In 1999 Teviot was looking for a new home, and we were able to buy him. He is a superb pony, though he is getting on in years now, but he is still going strong, being the stallion to our Globetrotter Stud since we bought him 10 years ago. We sold Teviot in October 2008 onto a new loving home in Scotland, UK where he can have a 'new' life.
‘Teviot’ is a quality black 13hh proven stallion with a good character and a kind temperament. He has straight movement and good flat bone. Trained to ride and drive, he excels at them both when brought into work. All his foals are of good quality and nature, with some being very successful in many equine disciplines, mostly driving. His Sire Gibside Danny Boy was a successful stallion in harness and under saddle in his day, winning at county shows and the Fell Pony Breed Show & Stallion and Colt Show in the UK, also qualifying for The London International Horse Show in 1985. ‘Teviot’s’ Dam Dene Patience was also a successful show winner in her day and produced future winners of the show-ring, and good breeding stock.
